My teapot was inspired by Ronit Baranga. Most of her work includes features such as hands, lips, open mouths, and several other human body parts. Usually when Baranga incorporates a hand in her artwork, she uses only the fingertips. I decided to make my teapot my own by adding an entire hand wrapping around the piece. I admire her use of detail in the fingertips and added much detail to mine as well.
